The POPRACE PR640572 PANDEM QR32 is one of the more unusual additions to the PANDEM range. Inspired by the real PANDEM “Pocket Bunny” QR32 drift machine, POP RACE has recreated the compact car in 1:64 scale using entirely new tooling.
The Blue version reproduces the special POP RACE livery showcased at Hobby Expo China in Beijing. Its compact, almost Q-car-like proportions contrast dramatically with the exaggerated PANDEM widebody treatment, giving the model a distinctive combination of small-car proportions and full-on drift-car aggression.
One of the major highlights is the opening front hood. Once opened, collectors can see a finely reproduced engine bay, while the interior is also detailed despite the model’s extremely compact dimensions. This gives PR640572 considerably more display value than a simple closed-body 1:64 model.
The model is constructed from diecast metal and ABS plastic and carries the official product code PR640572. POP RACE Japan currently lists it for March 2027 or later, while other retailers currently indicate Q1 2027. As with pre-production releases, the final ETA may change.
The PANDEM QR32 Blue is particularly interesting for collectors because it isn’t another conventional Skyline, Supra or RX-7. Its unusual compact body, aggressive PANDEM styling, POP RACE livery and opening engine bay give it a very different character within a 1:64 JDM collection.
